I replied soon after this I do not know why it did not come up, maybe if you lived close to a college or university you go to the library and ask them.
I am so sorry I thought I replied to this already, my suggestion would be to ask a librarian at a university or college.
Well, still no luck. I do live near a University, and we have a great library here, too, but I seem to not be able to get to eithe rof them easily. You’d think the internet would have something by now, but nope! Oh well. 🙂
